Frequently asked questions

How is my order delivered, and when can I expect it?

To ensure every cookie arrives as fresh as possible, we bake on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and send your order out the same day via next-day delivery. This means you’ll receive your cookies at peak freshness, so they taste as delicious as they do straight from our oven.

During checkout, you can choose the specific day you’d like your cookies to arrive. Deliveries are available Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You’ll receive a notification from either Evri or DPD with tracking information when your cookies are on the way.

We recommend pre-ordering to secure your preferred delivery date and avoid disappointment.

How long do your kookies stay fresh?

The kookies are baked super fresh and we would recommend you eat them on the day of arrival, using our reheat instructions

However they do stay fresh for up to 3 days in the box they arrive in or up to a week in an air tight container!

Are they the best cookies in London?

Obviously. We wouldn't settle for anything less.

Can I send your kookies as a gift?

Yes! Our kookies make the perfect gift for any occasion. You can even add a personalized message at checkout.
