• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package. Our cookies are freshly baked, perishable goods and cannot be re-delivered. If no one is home, we will do our best to leave the parcel in a safe location, such as on a front porch or with a neighbor/co-worker.
• If there is no suitable safe place to leave the package, DPD will be unable to complete the delivery. Krumbss cannot be held responsible for any missing deliveries if no one is available to receive the order, or if there is no safe place for the parcel to be left. Additionally, if our delivery drivers are instructed to leave the parcel at a loading bay, Krumbss cannot take responsibility for how the cookies are handled afterward.
• While we send all orders on a next-day delivery service, Krumbss cannot accept liability for any delays once the order has been dispatched from our bakery and is in the hands of Evri or DPD. We will, however, work with you to understand and resolve any delivery issues where possible.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including a complete address and a correct phone number. Krumbss cannot be held responsible for any missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided.
• The products become the customer’s responsibility as soon as delivery has been accepted from the courier.
• Krumbss cannot be held liable if the delivery date is changed through the DPD portal. Our cookies are freshly baked and need to be delivered on the originally designated date. While DPD may allow you to change the delivery date, this is an automated system outside of our control and does not apply to our products.
• Any delivery issues must be reported to either Krumbss or DPD within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery. After this period, we may not be able to investigate or resolve the matter.

To ensure every cookie arrives as fresh as possible, we bake on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and send your order out the same day via next-day delivery. This means you’ll receive your cookies at peak freshness, so they taste as delicious as they do straight from our oven.

During checkout, you can choose the specific day you’d like your cookies to arrive. Deliveries are available Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You’ll receive a notification from either Evri or DPD with tracking information when your cookies are on the way.

We recommend pre-ordering to secure your preferred delivery date and avoid disappointment.

Currently we deliver nationwide to mainland UK excluding Scottish Highlands. Delivery is £3 to UK mainland addresses and all orders will be processed through DPD on a next day delivery service, for arrival on your selected delivery date!

If you have any additional information or special requests (e.g., "Leave with security at front desk"), you can add these during the checkout process in the notes section. However, Krumbss cannot guarantee that these delivery instructions will be followed, as they are passed on to our courier partners. We are not liable for any errors or missed instructions made by the courier.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from either DPD or Evri with tracking details. Delivery can be anytime from 9am-7pm on your designated delivery date. DPD will send you an email and/or text on the morning of the delivery telling you a 1-hour delivery window. This is usually by 11am and the delivery time slot cannot be changed.

The kookies baked super fresh and we would recommend you eat them on the day of arrival, using our reheat instructions

However they do stay fresh for up to 3 days in the box they arrive in or up to a week in an air tight container!

Our kookies are best stored in an airtight container, but the box they arrive in works well, too. Just keep them out of direct sunlight. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. In warmer weather, we suggest keeping personalized items in the fridge.

No problem! Just pop them in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes, and they’ll be back to their ooey-gooey best.

Yes! Freeze them on the day of arrival, and when you’re ready to indulge, bake them at 180°C for 10 minutes or until perfectly warmed through.
